These terms govern access to and use of the Keiyu site and the platform. By using them, you accept what follows. We may update them when necessary.
1. Who we are
Keiyu is a software platform for operations that connects your company’s knowledge and puts it to work. We operate from Chile and Mexico. We are a product, not a consultancy: we don’t sell hours or bespoke builds.
2. Use of the site and demo
The site is informational and the form is used to request a demo. You agree to provide accurate information and not to use the site for unlawful purposes, nor attempt to breach its security or availability.
3. The service
Keiyu is a software platform ready to operate: it connects your sources, builds a connected memory and operates on it, always with your approval. We aim for continuous availability, subject to scheduled maintenance or improvements.
4. Intellectual property
The Keiyu brand, the site, its design and the software are owned by Keiyu. The knowledge, documents and data you connect remain yours; we claim no ownership over them.
5. Limitation of liability
The site and demo are provided as is, without implied warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Keiyu will not be liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site or demo.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Santiago, Chile.
