At Keiyu we look after your data with the same rigor we build the product. This policy explains what data we handle, why, and what control you have over it.
1. Controller
Keiyu is responsible for the data collected through this site. We operate from Chile and Mexico.
2. What data we handle
From the form: name, work email, company and role. From the platform: only the knowledge from the sources you choose to connect (for example Google Drive, WhatsApp and other connectors), with the least access needed.
3. How we use it
We use contact data to respond to your request and set up the demo. Data from your sources is used solely to show you how Keiyu operates on your own context. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
4. You define your compliance
You set the rules: who sees what, what gets anonymized, and how long it’s kept. Sensitive data is protected on the way in, not after, and every change stays auditable.
5. Third parties and AI providers
To reason over knowledge we use language-model providers under data processing agreements. We share only what is strictly necessary, under the retention and anonymization policies you configure.
6. Retention
We keep contact data while a relationship or legitimate interest exists. Data from your sources is kept according to the retention policy you define and deleted on your request or when the relationship ends.
7. Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent, at any time. We will handle your request within the timeframes required by applicable law.
